My team and I sell products in various conditions. As we purchase in wholesale, sometimes we also get store returns, shelf pulls, and out of season inventory in various conditions. We sort through every item before we even think of selling to you. Only All NEW packaged merchandise are sold as new. Some boxes may be damaged but the goods are intact. Some may be missing paperwork such as manuals. For used items, we do not test for functionality we just verify that it turns on so you don’t get something dead on arrival.
